Toys Vault Shipping Policy

(Written so kids—and busy parents—can read it fast)

1. Who brings your box

We use our own drivers or trusted delivery partners. After we hand your order to a driver, we email or text you their name and a tracking link.

2. Where we can deliver

Right now we deliver to most places in Lebanon.
At checkout you type your address. If our map shows we can’t reach that spot, the site will stop the order before you pay.

3. Your job when you fill in the address

Write the full address, building name, and a clear landmark (like “next to the big pharmacy”). A wrong or missing detail can keep us from finding you. We can’t be blamed if a mix-up happens because the address was not clear.

4. How many times we try

Our driver will knock or call three times on different days. If no one answers after the third try, we cancel the order and return the toys to our store.

5. How long it takes

We pack your toys in 24 hours. Most orders arrive in 1–3 days.
Sometimes a delay pops up—things like:

  • Heavy rain or floods

  • Road blocks, strikes, or big public events

  • Power cuts or system errors we can’t control

  • Other surprises nobody can predict

If a delay happens, we’ll email or text you as soon as we know. We are not able to give extra money or gifts because a box was late.
